We choose to use Doorworks Doors as they use the best steel coils in the industry – mostly from BlueScope Steel.
The Sectional Panel Line is Australian made which is designed with specific levellers to bring out any variations in the steel so they can produce a top quality product. Doorworks also use re-enforced Nylon hinges for their Steel Sectional Doors which make the operation of the door a lot quitter.
Warranty & Maintenance Information
Vogue Garage Doors Pty Ltd warrants to the purchaser of its products that any parts thereof which prove to be defective within 12 months of date of purchase will be replaced to the customer without charge. This does not extend to normal wear and tear or labour charges. Vogue Garage Doors Pty Ltd further warrants, to the original homeowner the door section(s) of our garage doors for 12 months against the defects of splitting, cracking or deterioration due to rusting from the original date of installation by our Company. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied and shall be void if damage was due to improper use, maintenance or failure to follow printed instructions.
**Oil canning occurs when roll forming steel. Woodgrain finish will help minimize this effect and it may be more noticed in smooth finish. Oil canning is not a warranty defect.
Motor Warranties
2 Years Parts and Labor Warranty on Electric Motors. A further 3 years of Parts Only.
Maintenance
A regular wash with a car cleaning brush is required to remove corrosive contaminants from the garage door surface. We recommend once a month. The garage door requires more frequent cleaning if it is located near the sea or industrial areas.
Tracks, guides and steel hinges should be kept clean and sprayed with silicone spray or garage door lubricant regularly (at least every six months). No wet lubricants should be used. Failure to maintain the door may void the warranty.
Service Calls
Any Service Calls outside the Warranty Period will incur a Call out Fee which will be quoted at the time of Booking.
